Fees & Insurance

EMDR Therapy Sessions:
Sessions start at $225 for a standard 50-minute session.

I do not accept insurance directly. However, I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Please check with your provider to confirm your benefits.

My goal is to provide high-quality, specialized care that is personalized and evidence-based. Whether you’re seeking EMDR for trauma, CBT for anxiety and depression, or couples therapy using the Gottman Method, I offer focused and effective support tailored to your needs.
